For custom cakes, catering, and dessert tables, submit an inquiry through our order form. We respond within 24–48 hours. For weekly drops, pre-order through our Hotplate page.

We ask for 1–2 weeks' notice on custom orders. Rush orders are accepted case by case with a $15 convenience fee.

Events and catering orders are booked with a 30–50% deposit.

All sales are final. If we have to cancel your order due to circumstances within our control, you'll receive a full refund for that order.

You can cancel at any time, but payments made, including deposits, are non-refundable. If we have to cancel because of something within our control, you'll receive a full refund.

Yes. We offer pickup in Silver Spring, MD, and delivery within a 25-mile radius. Delivery starts at $15 and is based on distance.

Delivery is complete once your order is handed to you or your designated recipient at the agreed location. We're not responsible for damage after that point.

Yes, for an additional charge. Please order well in advance so there's time for your topper to arrive.

Not at this time. We don't currently offer eggless, gluten-free, or vegan options.

No. Our kitchen handles wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other common allergens. We take reasonable precautions but cannot guarantee an allergen-free product.

Kaira (KAI-rah) comes from the Arabic khayr, meaning goodness or blessing. In Mandingo culture, it means well-being and blessings.
